I was trying to decide between Starbucks and Einstein Bros yesterday morning and...let's just say I made the wrong choice and chose Einstein Bros. Service is incredibly slow (I've waiting in long lines here before- but was trying to be optimistic and hope they changed the way they do things). I waited 25 MINUTES in a DRIVE THRU. I swear the guy at the window could tell everyone was annoyed and passive aggressively went slower. Other establishments (DD, Starbucks) have the cars pull forward to the front door if the customer's order takes a while just to assist the rest of the line. Not here. I ordered one bagel....ridiculous. 2 stars for good food.

Their coffee happens to be pretty good. The issue is that they are even more expensive than Starbucks, and in this case, you as well go there. But for bagels & such, they are great.

The food is good but you can get food lots of places without the totally unreasonable wait or the poor customer service.

Always meets expectations, reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches. The Vegetable Hummus bagel thing (the name escapes me) is delicious and the quality of the produce on it is always top notch.

Coffee ain't bad either, but I'm a bit of a coffee snob. Wife loves their Campfire Mocha.

I used to love coming here years ago, when they were only an Einstein bagel. I'm not sure if it got bad when they switched it to half caribou or what but the service here is INCREDIBLY slow. I never write reviews but this place is ridiculous lol be prepared to wait near 20 minutes if not more for ONE bagel. The drive thru is insane. There will be 2 cars ahead of me and it still takes 15 minutes for one bagel. I have kept going back just because I love their bagels, but I think this location is just terrible. Unfortunately there isn't another one close to me but I don't think I'll be back anymore. I think they might always be short staffed or something? Because it's literally every time.
