I think some of the people have a lack of knowledge that are leaving reviews. Pain medicine for nerve problems are antidepressants. They take a while to work. Also there is no magic wand to treat pain. As a true chronic pain sufferer I enjoyed having a few weeks without pain. With patience and by doing my pain in the pain management process I have achieved a lower pain scale. Very professional office. I experienced no issues with the staff. Very friendly and courteous. Also, drug testing is an important part of the process due to many people obtaining narcotics from various doctors. Also they legally must report what drugs people are taking. They are accountable for what they prescribe which indicates to me they are not over prescribing. Great experience for me

Wonderful staff and I love Dr. Kim. They cannot perform magic and I was told up front that injections may or may not help my condition. Thankfully they help me!

This is non sense. These guys give you treatment with steroids injections and that reduces the pain for couple of weeks and charge heavily to the insurance companies. Second and third appointments does the same job and if you complain, they say its not a magic wand that could cure everything ?? It may or may not be effective. Well, why would you not tell us up front. For each treatment, I was charged $900/- and insurance paid about 700.00 Now I started getting calls from collection agencies. My neck is rather more painful after their treatment.

Worst experience ever! Don't even waste you time! I had surgery a few months ago and the treatment would of been epidural shots and nerve medicine which was actually for depression! Don't waste ur time or money Choose a different pain management center. Didn't even see the doctor seen an assistant the whole time after 2.5 hour wait!!

The worse place to go they asked me to take a drug test for my back ,,, I felt like I was going to c a PO for my visit never will go back
