My dad had a new motor put in his 2008 Silverado, after a couple months he noticed the cruise control wouldn't work. So we take it up there for them to look at because it was working before they put the motor in, they looked at it then tried to say it would cost $90 just to look at it then another $100 and something to fix it. That's rediculous when the parts would cost less than $20 to fix yourself. Figured they would want a good customer service and fix something that was working fine until they messed with it.

This place has no concern for peoples saftey. My brother is dead bcuz they wouldnt take back the cadillac after it was already considered a lemon by law and let him drive a loaner instead until amount of money paid check which was on its way ,yet too late for my brothers life to be saved. Lawyer was friends of owners, suit against them was dropped so i pray after this explosion accident, justice is served for those who were hurt and lives lost. It will be justice for my brother as well. No amount of money can replace lives but its the only option to help keep anymore from losing there lives due to plain ignorance on there part.

My friend purchased a BMW from here January 2017. The owner of the vehicle works there and well and she spoke highly about me purchasing a car too. The second day she had the car the rear view mirror fell. She contacted her salesperson, Jr for him to say yes I'm sorry one of the men that detailed the car the day she purchased it, knocked it down so they glued it back. A foreign were talking about here folks and you glued it? Knowing you swindled her into purchasing? This explains the long wait for them to show her the car two weeks later. The car started to jerk. She contacted Jr back. And of course he stated he would speak with sales and contact her back and never did. Now she had this car for 2 months and the transmission is gone. WTH? She called several times and he would not return her calls after she spoke with him that day letting him know she will take it to the nearest dealership for seconomic opinion to resolve the issue. He did say he was Sorry." Jr. didn't return her call which was back in January. Seriously Jr.? She feels that he knew what was going on the reason her call was never returned. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They are not honest people to deal with. I understand why people hate to talk to a salesperson cause they will do anything to make a sale and not put the customers first. Customers are always first. Honesty and Loyalty is a major key!!!!
