I purchased a 2007 Mercedes-Benz ML350 from this dealership almost seven months ago. I had a credit score of well  below  550, due from a recent divorce, and I needed help. Any other major car dealership just ran my credit, hurting it worse, only for them to tell me they cant help me without a ridiculous down payment, or to just, "Work on your credit, then come see us." But, I was referred here by a friend who also purchased a BMW from here, and he loved it. As do I, My Mercedes has not given me one shred of doubt about the mechanical well being. Granted, it has the normal wear and repair of a used vehicle, but  nothing crazy. I have it to this day, and will be visiting here very soon to buy another vehicle. These guys know what to do to get you in a car, and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Horrible, pathetic customer service. My husband purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and traded another vehicle to them. Long story short, it was weeks before the traded vehicle was paid off. Causing constant harassment from the bank because of a late payment on a vehicle we didn't even have. Majority of the staff is extremely rude as well. The car also has an extremely strong odor, and has since it was purchased. It was purchased under agreement that the dealership would have the smell removed. It's been nearly two months and the smell is still in the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Came way from Birmingham to look at a van only to be told once i got down there that it needed a lot of work. Was talked into putting my money down on another vehicle. This hasn't even been 2 weeks yet. Not even 10 minutes after i left the lot car started having issues. Struts went completely out soon as i hit the freeway. Discovered car was missing oil cap and gas cap. Check engine light popped on same day. Car is unsafe to drive. Made it very clear i am on a fixed income and need a reliable car as i have a special needs daughter who has epilepsy. Not to mention the ac compressor is trying to go out and with my daughter's disorder air is a must. Been calling every other day and got the run around until they finally called me back saying there is nothing they can do but get me a discount which i wont have to pay more than a couple hundred bucks after i made my needs clear. Then have me in payments for 18 months. Whatever you do. Will never go back to this dealership. They do not care. They just want your money then its forget you. Worst dealership ever.  They are a bunch of crooks!

Don't buy from this place! Terrible customer service and rude. Purchased a 2009 X5 BMW and 5 Days later complete electrical system and suspension malfunction. Had to be towed over 100 miles back to my home. Call Malloy several times I was put on hold each time I called and manager never took my call or called back. Please buyers beware of this unethical company. The "epitome " of the crooked used car salesman!

I tried to by a car from Birmingham to Florence and everyone turned me down. Marcus worked really hard to get me approved and they did without having to put a whole lot of money down. Also, the places that had approved me wanted to stick me in a piece of crap, but at Maloy they sold me a very nice vehicle at a payment I could afford! I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to Maloy Automotive!
