My wife and I purchased a car from this dealership, they put a new engine in right before but less than a year after purchasing it the motor totally locked up going 70 miles down the interstate. Very long story short, it has been two months since this happened and they have been giving us the runaround and are not taking any responsibility for what has happened. They have been incredibly unresponsive, uncooperative, and unhelpful. Now my wife and I are now out thousands of dollars and money for a rental car for two months because they were not able to assess, diagnose, and help us properly and promptly. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this lot, and we will strongly discourage others from doing so as well. If I could give no stars I would, but this site will not post if one star isn't selected.

Service was great!!! Everyone was spot on for customer service. The service writer was friendly and was helpful in all the questions I had. The technicians that worked on my car did a great job. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I am from out of state and needed immediate attention. They were fast and friendly and got me on the road in no time! I would highly recommend this place for anyone!

I called a couple times on a Jeep. After asking if there was anything wrong with it and explaining that we lived over 100 miles away, we were told it was in pristine condition not a scratch dent or ding on it. So, I packed up the family today and made the nearly 2 hours each way trip to find out they lied to us.  The Jeep had a pealing and chipped hood, grill and all of the key holes had pealing rubber dip.  There was rusted bolts and the rack on top had missing pieces. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my families day.

Worst Ford dealership i have ever been too. I had to give them 2500.00 so i could get back 25544.00 on 2 trucks that broke with in 4 hrs 1st one, 2nd one with in 8 hrs trucks are bought up north and came from Canada. Trucks are spray with something under side. The trucks are rusted very bad and are not safe. When u buy a vehicle take it to a mechanic of your on choice. Call Ford in Dearborn , they are going to check in on it.They asked me to take down my 1st review and give them a better review i did till the checks cleared the bank. But now it is on. The manager said it was not his problem . Had employees to handle it.  All i want is my 2500.00 back and Ford to handle it like they want to.
