My husband and I just purchased our second vehicle from Sarah Halbrook. We bought a 2018 Camry. The exact vehicle wasn't on the lot. Sarah went to work locating the specific car we wanted. She found the unicorn we were searching for within hours and had it foe us the next day. Scott Crimp Toyota and Sarah are the best at what they do. You will find that all other dealerships pale in comparison to their sales, service, and parts departments. We have nothing but praise for the entire team. Went to Scott Crump with a friend to purchase a car on yesterday. This friend had tried to call to get some info about a car for days and was just past from one sales person to another. Then on Wednesday we visit the showroom, he came in and sit waiting on a sale person to come and ask him if he could help him. No one came, another customer came in the door 5 minutes after him and a sales person went up to him and ask him if he needed any help. My friend told the lady at the desk he wanted to buy a car. Well you should never judge a book by its cover. He could have paid cash for the car if he wanted to, but he will never do business with this dealership. He went on to another dealership, ordered the car and it will be delivered to his home in 3 days.
