Fast service... Looks too have new specials... Never really had a bad experience with Carl's Jr. Plus drive thru been better on the ice in your drinks... Suggestion?... Less ice, more fries...

A stranger ate my food and an employee touched it before it made it's way to me.

I ordered food to go but someone mistakenly took my bag before I was able to. Before I could confront them, they started eating my food and walked out the door. I thought that maybe I heard the number wrong and stepped up to ask an employee. The man, with my food, returned and traded in my order for his. I watched as the employee inspected my sandwich with her bare hands, threw it back together, threw it in the bag, and handed it to me. I probably should have made more of a fuss about it but the employees were very flustered, busy, and annoyed. I'm regretting it now because I just paid $10 to not eat... Overall, I work in food service and I'm definitely dissappointed with how my food was handled :/

A Carl's Jr. you can trust to give you stuff that's on the actual menu.

Unlike others I've had in the country, this one doesn't just carry the name and serve unremarkable and crappy food.
