I have been coming here for years and have ALWAYS received incredible service! I now own a small business and have rolled up in my mobile grooming van on more than one occasion with a problem and they are always able to help me fix it!  You'll never get that kind of one on one service from a big box home improvement store!

I love this place. You think it's 'cheaper' at some big-name, massive warehouse? Nope! Chuck has it for the same price, or less. Plus the store is a neighborhood store. I've depended on Carlyn's since 1988.

Friendly attentive staff that you can only find at your local ACE hardware store. This is how all good hardware stores used to be before big boxes took most of the customers and drove the small mom and pops away.

Every time I visit I am treated like a valued customer by Chuck and his staff.  Whether I'm spending 50 cents or 100 dollars, this store provides fine service!  Thanks Carlyn.
