I will never come back to this location ever again. The commitment to complete and online order that is available in store is 2 hours. I ordered my supplies @ 1:30. By 4:00 I hadn't heard anything so I called to check in, spoke with a girl who said that they were understaffed and no one had gotten to it yet but that she would work on it personally. Her name was Ashley. I asked at that point to just have my order ready by 5:30 when I would plan on stopping by after work. She agreed. I get here at 5:45 and none of my items have been collected, Ashley had left for the day and the kid who greeted me, while nice, printed the list and recommended I grab the gems myself. Completely missing the point of in store pickup. After fumbling around for more time and not finding items I returned to the front desk only to find half my order was sold out because it hadn't been collected in time before the products sold. I spent almost $500 on supplies, lost valuable time and spun my wheels with a staff of individuals who has no clue what's happening. Unbelievable. I'd give zero stars if it where possible.

We purchased a grill on a Monday and we were told by the sales person he assembles the grills. When we checked out we were told that it would be ready Saturday. We call Saturday since we hadn't heard anything and were told "we have a 3rd party company come in and assemble grill's and they aren't going to come here to do one grill" We explained that the gentleman who helped us said he assembles the grill's. We were told someone would call us back. Didn't happen. We call back later that day and we were told that the grill would be ready at the end of the day and to come on Sunday. I get up Sunday and go to the store. I give them my info and "the computer was down" 3 people stared at the screen and finally I here "do we have one assembled we can give him" I stay calm because it's a grill and not worth going crazy over. 15 minutes later they roll a grill out and I leave. When I got home to put the grates in there was another customers name on a tag in the grill. I would never post there name here but if you read this, I am sorry I got your grill. I hope they had one ready for you. I called the manager and he was polite and understanding, that helped. Hopefully they get it together...no pun intended.

I have never been so disgusted in my life by customer service. We were supposed to have a new refrigerator delivered today, and we leave for vacation tomorrow. We were notified at 8:30 this morning that the refrigerator would be here at 9:00. After an hour of nothing and several phone calls, we finally came to find out that the refrigerator was damaged and we would not be able to get it today. My entire morning was wasted and now we have no functional refrigerator and will not be able to get one until we return from vacation. The representative from GE was extremely disrespectful and rude on the phone. I am appalled at the disregard for my family's time and money.

If it's the Home Depot in Norwalk Connecticut you have to be very careful if you own a business band I have all my tools being stole in there and they say they're not responsible and they told me you park at your own risk and this was the store manager that told me this

This store has an AMAZING staff!! Extremely friendly and helpful. As good as it gets, you don't find service like this very often.
