Ring's End did a nice job designing our kitchen and helping us choose a line of cabinets. There was one issue however, that was never resolved. Despite giving them the model number and exact dimensions of our microwave, they selected a cabinet that was not deep enough and as a result, the microwave sticks out 1/2 an inch. We gave Ring's End a number of reasonable opportunities and options to fix this problem but they did nothing to resolve it. Other than the microwave issue, everything else was fine and overall, we are happy with the kitchen.

They carried a product, Zinsser Guardz, which I needed for a project.  They were helpful and VERY knowledgeable.  Prices are generally reasonable, though not a steal.  The store is clean and organized, but finding exactly what you need (or think you need) often requires that you talk to a sales rep.
