Both Joe the GM and Mike B. were amazing - professional, accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure that our new Jeep was perfect. Everyone at the dealer including sales managers and service department were polite and friendly. Best car buying experience ever. Will definitely buy from them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Carman. After having a less than pleasant experience at another dealership I arrived at Carman and was treated with great care. They did not have what I was looking for but my salesman Anthony Brown found exactly what I wanted and worked with me every step of the way. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back and recommend everyone looking for a car to see Anthony Brown at Carman!

We came into Carman's this afternoon looking for a truck.. Already new what we were looking for. Lime Green Dodge Ram 1500 4x4.  They had one left over a 2017.  Just what we were looking for.  Got great discount, great bumper to bumper lifetime warranty.  Which makes us very happy for that. The personnel was very friendly.  Anthony Brown treated us very good.  He also told us if we had anymore questions about all the accessories and buttons and controls, just stop in or call and he would show us what they do.  We are very pleased with our New Truck and can't wait till morning to sit in it and go for a cruise.  Thank you Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!!

Awesome! Definitely recommend this dealership. There's a reason they have a massive truck inventory AND a reason they have great reviews. Bought our first new truck from Carman after searching nationwide for a deal. With prices set to sell fast, we had to check them out. Our salesman, Anthony was knowledgeable and to the point. I spoke to him about the actual vehicle details and spoke to the general manager, Joe, directly to handle the financials of the vehicle. Together, my wife and I found the experience to be wonderful. No hard sale, only caring information and guidance that would get us the right truck and the right deal.  Joe spent the time to look for creative ways to combine year end, month end deals/incentives in order to get us the best final price. we played with different rebates and options while helping us search for more possible savings. In the end, we took a bus from NYC to Wilmington where Anthony picked us up from the bus drop-off, in the truck were looking at and I test drove it back to the dealership. Shortly after, we walked out the door and drove off with a beautiful new truck within our targeted budget that had a couple more features we didn't anticipate having. Our experience as first time buyers couldn't have went better!
