Many thanks to Nucar Chevy for making this car buying experience very satisfying and enjoyable.  I do not buy new cars very often, and I can honestly say that my experience at Nucar was the best interaction with a dealership that I have ever had.  The sales professionals that worked with me were very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy or forceful. Once I decided on the model that I was interested in the dealership worked hard to locate one for me. (The model that I wanted was rare and several sales people and sales managers worked for a week to finally find the model that I was looking for.) Everyone treated me well and were very friendly and helpful.  I got the sense that they truly were interested in seeing me get the car that I wanted, not just sell me a model that they had or could easily locate.  When it was time to sign the papers and see the business manager I was again pleasantly surprised. The business manager was pleasant, friendly, and did not try to push any additional products on me.  He did explain about various warranties and protection packages, but at no time did he try to aggressively sell them to me. I said that I was not interested and that was that. Simple and professional. This was my first new car purchase where I left the dealer smiling and happy, not feeling like I had been taken advantage of or cheated.  Thanks again to everyone involved at Nucar Chevy for their hard work and for making the car buying process enjoyable and stress free.  I can highly recommend them.

From the moment I reached out to Nucar in search of a new vehicle, I was treated like family. The reps really worked hard to find the best car for me and make sure I left happy. They weren't trying to sell me just anything in order to get some money out of me. They worked around the clock to find the best deal for me so that I could have reliable transportation to and from work. By far the best customer service experience ever! Thank you Nucar!!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles in the last few years at Nucar and I couldn't say enough about their sales staff who have always made me feel like family. I also have serviced both of these vehicles at Nucar and have always been treated with the professionalism and courtesy that I have come to expect from them. I would highly recommend all departments at Nucar

Service was quick and fast.  I was prepared to be there for a few hours, but only was there for about 1 hour.  Best of all my reward points paid for the service.  The Best

We can't be more pleased! Chuck Maynard, Patrick Kinney, and Dave were super to us and went out of their way to serve us! All our questions were answered and we were walked through every feature of our new truck step by step. Our experience was completely satisfying in all aspects and we left that day very excited and happy to own a new Chevy truck!
