My experience with Carman Ford Lincoln was “Awesome”. Greg was very good, he explained the various cars that was available. His customer service was awesome, he truly aimed to please the customer! The manager and finance guys were very pleasant as well. The manager in particular told me about additional savings available to me for the car I purchased. I Truly Appreciate That! If you’re looking to purchase a car and appreciate quality service and a quality vehicle then Carman Ford Lincoln is the place to shop!

My experience was 5 stars from the get go.  Everyone was very friendly and attentive.  The salesman, Marcus Mason, and I talked on the phone to discuss the car and price that was advertised.  I specifically asked him if there was going to be any changes once we got there because I had very little time on Saturday.  He assured me the price we discussed would not change.  I was very happy with the price and everything went smooth! My husband and I were very satisfied with our car buying experience.  I would  highly recommend Carman Ford and would  direct them right to Marcus!

All around great experience! Carman provided me with the easiest transaction process possible. Great inventory of vehicles accompanied with great employees. Gary, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. Had the vehicle detailed, tank filled, and shined up to perfection upon my arrival. 10/10

I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I received a pre-approval from Capital One Auto Finance prior to going to the dealership which cut down on half of the time. I inquired about my car online. Carmelita contacted me via email to set up an appointment. She was very professional and prompt with her responses. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the Sales Manager, Todd. He was not the typical sales manager. He respected every boundary I set and was not pushy. Todd then introduced me to my sales associate, Marcus Mason. Marcus guided me through every step of the process. I was very nervous about the purchase but he made me feel calm. He had great vibes. I can’t remember his name but the finance guy was amazing! He made me feel like family. Everyone at the service center was amazing as well. Tonya was very interactive and helpful. I don’t remember the girl’s name at the parts center but she was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding an affordable pair of rims for my car. Needless to say, I am in love with car and I am super happy that I purchased from Carman Ford. I would go through process again if I had to and would recommend anyone to them.

Daniel Shine is the Sales Consultant you need to see!!! He is absolutely incredible. He sold  me and my father our cars in December. They were fast, efficient and explained everything I needed to know about the car.  Everyone in that place was super nice and friendly.
