My husband was having minor problems with his G37 so we went to get it checked out. Brady Yip (Service Consultant) was the person to help us. He was quick on helping and getting everything done. He was great on keeping us updated on the car. Couldn't have asked for a better person. Appreciate all his hard work!

Smooth and painless experience! Sal was very helpful with my selection without being pushy. Got the Jeep I’ve always wanted at a fair price. Would definitely recommend to others!

Karina and JD were very helpful, not pushy. I had two cars transferred to this location before making a decision to buy. The Carmax dealership fee is half what other local car dealers charge. I love my "new" car!

They earn at least one star because the salesperson, the only person I dealt with in there, was very nice. They earn another star because they also have some nice cars for sale. On the other side, my car's appraisal was very low. I suppose in order to justify the low offer, they told me that my vehicle's transmission had a problem shifting! Imagine how scary that would be for someone without mechanical knowledge! In my humble opinion that was BS. That transmission was working as good as new. They also said it needed tires. I just put new tires on it recently! Beware! I sold it across the street from them for almost double of what carmax offered.
