The team in the office was very welcoming and nice - super professional. They demonstrate great customer service skills. When it came to price however, my experience was much different than those provided by the other reviewers. Their major competition offered significantly more than Car Drop offered (I went to CD first). Their policy - they beat Car Max offers that they 'see.' My advice - use them, they're kind and fast, but go get your Car Max quote first and bring that quote to Car Drop to get your extra cash.

From beginning to end, I was amazed at what a well run organization Car Drop was. We came with Car Max price in hand, and they did beat it slightly. But I will always favor a mom and pop operation, especially standup kind of people, which was everyone we met. They have 2 beautiful standard poodles that gel keep the rattled nerves down. We sold the car without a hitch and then gave us a ride to the dealer. We will return if ever we are selling another car!

I'll keep this short and simple. This was the VERY best experience I have ever had selling a car. The folks there are very down to earth, no nonsense, people. The person I dealt with was first class and the offer they made was better than anyone else. The entire process took less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Cardrop. Why would you go anywhere else?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We waited an hour and a half for our "offer".  My husbands truck was a lifted custom southern comfort special edition and they offered a stock base model  standard truck. They seemed aggravated that we had not gone to Carmax first so they could beat the offer. We did however tell them we had an offer from Autobuy in Stuart for $3500 more than the low ball $19,000 they offered. His reply was simply you should take it!!!! So DO AS WE DID Go see Carlos at Autobuy in Stuart straight forward no games and we walked with a check for $22,500 in minutes!!!  WORTH THE DRIVE
