Victor Hernandez was awesome! I had a very fast, easy and pain free experience here. I had a bit of a complicated request in that I was financing the vehicle in my own name, but the vehicle was being purchased by my LLC. Victor was knowledgeable and able to quickly answer my questions and he made the entire process very smooth, straightforward and simple. I don't think I've ever had such an easy car buying experience as this one right now. No hassle, no drama, no pushy salesperson...just an easy and quick process from start to finish!

I'll definitely buy another car from CarMax down the road when it's time and if I'm in the area, I'll come and ask for Victor.

If you're coming to this location, DEFINITELY ask for VICTOR HERNANDEZ as he will take great care of you!

Thumbs up!  Such a hassle-free way to buy a car for a fare price.   We walked into CarMax just to look at models. Branson Becker was friendly and helpful, explaining everything in detail.  We left about an hour later with a great car.

Friendly service. I went here to sale my car. The service and waiting line to get an appraisal  it is just take 30 minutes or less. And you will get the result in no time. And if you decided to sell it, they will give you 7 days to think about it and can get the same price. So i decided to sell it the same day, and the process took less than one hour. Im very happy about it

Good of you just don't want the hassle of putting your car on EBay or Craigslist. You do get the money right away and you don't need to worry about doing anything. For the convenience you get about 25-30% less than if you sell it yourself though.

Took My car for an appraisal.  I was met at the door and was told of the process of how they do an appraisal, and was informed that It would take half an hour.  I thought it was plenty of time for me to check out the cars, especially the Ford GT350 they had.  The guy in the lot was cool enough to let me start the engine and give it a couple of revs. All in all the appraisal didn't take long enough for my browsing.  the offer was very decent
