Today we purchased a 2018 Mini Cooper 2 Door Hardtop from Motoring Advisor Leon Levy. Leon did a great job in getting me into the Mini I liked.  No high pressure sales. Leon was professional, knowledge and friendly. It was one of the most pleasant car purchases I have made. We received a great vehicle at an outstanding price. When financing the Mini, Financing Manager Robert Richardson was very nice. He provided all the options and upgrades without the high pressure sales.  Again, a very pleasant experience. I have always wanted to add a Mini to our stable. I would highly recommend Mini of Monrovia for your Mini purchase!

Just had my Bmw serviced and I couldn’t be more pleased with my rep Greg Hernandez. It’s always nice to see his smiling face and I really appreciate his ability to make my experience 5 star each time I visit. The shuttle driver was cool and the cashiers were also friendly and helpful. See y’all next time 😁

I was really impressed with MINI of Monrovia. Despite being understaffed, they were able to get my car checked-in and get me in a loaner vehicle in under 40 minutes. I have had less than stellar experiences here in years past, but am so grateful they have made the necessary changes to make customer service a priority. Worked with Jason who was very communicative and informative. Grateful for the text updates and that I could approve services via text while at work. Will definitely return and ask for Jason again!

Went to Mini of Monrovia for some scheduled maintenance.  I informed my service coordinator, Jason, of an issue that was separate from the maintenance.  The issue was outside of warranty and the part that needed to be replaced was not sold separately; it was part of a bigger unit.  Jason spoke to the service manager and he approved to replace the defective part at no cost to me.  I offered to pay something, but they comp'd it.  This isn't the first time that they have exceeded my expectations.  Great people who understand great customer service and the big picture.  Highly recommended.

Excellent service and nice people. My Mini had 10 different items to go over, review and repair. Everything was done to perfection. You can charge your phone, too, while you wait. They have a choice of coffees and popcorn. Even washed my car. Awesome!!!  Thanks so much!!!
