What happen? They were pushing out good detail, processional polish, clean cars. But now they seem to have lost it luster. Ashame.

I was looking to buy a Corvette.  The moment, the VERY moment they heard me speaking Spanish to my wife their whole attitude changed.  Do NOT got here if you have any pride in who you are and where you come from!

This was my 1st time shopping or buying from carmax this was the best experience I've ever had on purchasing or even looking at a vehicle they made me feel as we were like family and friends.

Carmax was an amazing experience. I bought my first car there yesterday and everyone was so nice and helpful and the process went incredibly smoothly. I really recommend this place especially for first time buyers like myself.
