I appreciate seeing that the owner is taking time out to respond to the kudos and other individuals concerns. The owner is reaching out and I hope those that have any concerns regardless how small to speak with the owner and share with the audience here what was their resolve concern. To have a concern is to seek resolution. I am a new owner of an A7 and my experience has been exceptional. I was brought in by an Audi owner who recommended this location because she was excited about her customer experience. And I can't blame her so far.....my experience has been great but of course i just brought the car and started this journey. Four rings.....

I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership to service their Audi. I have a 2008 A6 and granted it has almost 100k mi on it.  However, I took it in for a small leak and every time I got it back, it had a new or worse leak.  I am $7000 in now and it is still leaking.  They tell me it is something new of course and it will be another $3000 to fix it.  They say that with these older cars, every time you plug one leak another usually pops up.  That seems like an excuse for poor work.  I feel I'm justified in questioning the competency of their mechanics because one time after being serviced, my wife picked it up and drove it to the Galleria for work.  when she got to work someone said that her wheel was about to fall off.  Apparently they had forgotten to tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels.  I can't imagine what could have happened to my wife or someone else if that wheel had come off on the freeway.  Another time after picking the car up, my wife noticed when she pulled into the garage that the car was dumping fluid.  Apparently they had forgot to attach a clamp somewhere.  So while they tell me that the problem is the car, I seriously question the workmanship. Those two incidents seem like very sloppy mistakes.  And then they of course offered to sell me a new car at a steep discount, which was a joke.  A nice waiting room does not substitute for quality workmanship.

Looking for a new Audi? Don't waste your time here...

Plan to purchase an A5, so went to Audi Sugar Land for a test drive. Walked around the showroom for about 20 mins on 3/10/2018. No one came asking if I needed any help. Also, the receptionist just sat at the reception desk the whole time and did not bother to ask neither. Can't really comment on the services (sales) as I received NO SERVICES. Nice new dealership/facility though.

Good thing there are multiple Audi dealerships in Houston. Will just go to another one to get my new Audi.

Ty provided amazing customer service plus an unforgettable test drive experience. He was attentive and accommodating throughout the entire process. I will continue to do business with Audi Sugar Land because of him. Want high-level service in sales? Ask for Ty!
