My smoothest new car experience ever. This has to be my 7th or 8th new car. I live in the Dallas area and wanted a Smart Electric. This is the only dealership in Texas. After just a few emails Raymond Williams stated an extremely fair price and payment. When I arrived I fully expected the numbers to change our something to come up. I arrived at 10am and left at 11:30am with the deal done. I am still shocked. Mr Williams is a straightforward professional who plays no games. If only all car salesman could be so skilled.

Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land is THE place to go to buy your new Mercedes. James Goodman couldn't have been more helpful and thorough when helping us select our new vehicle. I knew nothing about Mercedes-Benz when I arrived and left (the first time) fully informed and under no pressure whatsoever to purchase. 

Upon our second visit, James was even more helpful and expertly talked us through the purchasing process. Such a nice guy!

From there, Phyllis took the reins and took us through the buying portion of the day. She is such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable. This  process, that I was dreading the most, flew by. Not sure if you can request her but if you can, you SHOULD.

Finally, Priyanka showed us all the bells and whistles of the car and made sure my phone, etc. was hooked up before I drove off the lot. Overall a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land!

Didn't want to talk about adding features. What would you like to be overcharged for today is pretty much their greeting. Well the boys outside who actually greet you are great. The sales people suck! Sorry but if I have a question give me a reason for no not just no

Bought my smart car from Mercedes-Benz of Sugar Land years ago. Loved that car but I don't have that car anymore. Came in with my daughter to check on the new smart electric car. They did not have any in the showroom today but expect some in the next month or so. Salesmen were friendly and professional. Coffee machine makes great coffee and tea. 02II2018.

Traded in on a used Mercedes Saturday. My salesman James Melle and the rest of the team were very easy & professional to do business with. I recommend you consider them when you need a used Benz.
