Classic Chevrolet has some great people who care about the customer’s experience. My review is based upon my experience with the used car sales department. My salesperson was great; he was accommodating and helpful. He worked with me the best he could on the price and ultimately I got my vehicle at a good price. They follow up with you to ensure you had a great experience and try hard to earn your business. If I decide to buy another Chevy, I will definitely return here.

What a joke, waisting 2 hrs of time taking my 2014 truck there to trade for new vehicle

Do not expect a reasonable offer for your vehicle, as they were $10,000 below NADA value trade in on mine.

Suggest other dealer that is more realistic for working folks, at least the ford dealer down the road gave me reasonable offer for my vehicle, although I don’t want a ford..

Very disappointed inquiring customer

Update : 
After my sales guy called me back, some reconsideration by used car dept., they came back with a very reasonable offer, a little negotiating and we came to agreed price and were able to make a deal.  They are adding some accessories to my new Z71 and I will take delivery in a couple days, want to give thanks to sales and financing as they followed up and got it done  pretty timely!

Let’s see how delivery and service perform in next few days when I pick up my NEW truck...

Just purchased my truck about 5 months ago and got a great deal! Included was a free car wash after every service!! Unfortunately, that didn’t happen when I went in for an oil change.  I did ask about the “deal of the free wash” and the desk explained that I should’ve scheduled it when I called in for the oil change. Other than that- absolutely no complaints at all. Fast and easy service first thing in the morning and I had plenty of time to get work!

Jeff Jordan worked hard to find a vehicle I would enjoy. While it was difficult at first he managed to find a great new 2017 Equinox for my wife and I. He was patient and kept us completely informed of what was happening the whole way through. He explained the functions of the car and walked us through setting up Onstar. I am completely satisfied with my experience and looking forward to the day when I go back to get another new vehicle. Car buying can be stressful but thanks to Jeff Jordan all the stress was taken out of the experience.

Just had my tire changed 03/19/18. The service was fast and friendly. My tire change was covered by my warranty and when speaking with Mike on the phone he said he would order my tire so it would be ready when I arrived. Lucky for me they had the tire in stock so it was a little faster to finish the work on my car.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and communication.  Everyone was helpful!  Terry Sinclair is fantastic.  Whether looking for new, used, lease, go see them.  Elsi was great over in maintenance and detailed.  Excellent experience.
