Working with CarMax has been an amazing experience. My car required some maintenance within 30 days of purchasing the vehicle, and CarMax tackled the issue without hesitation. Champagne in the service department made the experience that much easier. She ensured I had a clean courtesy car ready to go when I dropped off my car in the morning. She also effectively communicated the issue and gave a realistic date and time for the parts and work to be completed. I will be sure to recommend this dealership and my next car will be purchased from CarMax as well. Nice work!

Had a good experience, wish they would have worked on the price and disclosed that the previous owner had smoked in the truck. But overall we got a good truck for a decent price. The salesman Stephen was great. You can tell he enjoyed his job very much.

Had truly an amazing experience here at CarMax. It was my first car that I bought for myself, first time financing and the first time handling this on my own. I am so pleased with all the friendly staff. There was no haggling and they explained everything to me thoroughly. I got an amazing car for an amazing price and they were able to help me get a good monthly payment and interest rate. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy car buying process.

So I bought a car from the Colorado Springs location and ended up brining it back to the Denver location a few days later when I realized the fit was not for me. They accepted it no problem and had a car I really wanted shipped from VA to CO for FREE! A few days later I returned to test drive the car that arrived and fell in love. I thought I would feel pressure to buy since they had spent money to ship it for me but really I never did. Everyone at this CarMax location was beyond friendly and all seems so excited for me which made it more fun. The paperwork and financing was so simple and painless. I was out of there with my dream car in 2 hours but not before they threw a big bow on my car and took a picture for me to show off. The location was clean and modern. Mike was my salesman and he was very funny, kind and knowledgeable. I have suggested CarMax, specifically this location, to all my friends and family. But don't get me wrong, the Colorado Springs employees were also very caring and professional.

They shipped a car from New Mexico to Colorado because I said I was interested.  Didn't even ask for a credit card.  Price was right, the process is super easy.  I figured if the car smelled of smoke or some other problem I would just use the 5 day refund.  I reccomend them for a fair and easy deal.
