For over 30 years, our family has strived to offer you the best barbecue in the Bay Area. Our goal is to make BBQ fun, frequent, and flavorful.

We currently have three locations.

Always the best barbecue around. They serve their slow cooked brisket and ribs with some really delicious sauce that comes in mild to hot. The links are fresh and full of flavor. I have to get some cornbread and banana pudding to make my meal complete. Carmen truly treats u like family and they have restaurants in San Leandro and Fremont.

THE FOOD HERE IS AWESOME. 
this was my first dining location upon visiting Hayward.. I just say that the BBQ and other sides makes you feel like you're in the middle of a family reunion. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The prices of a little on the higher side so don't go there looking for a meal under 10$. The dessert was finger licking and bowl scrapping good. I will be back!

Bay areas best BBQ. Carmen well takes great care of you and you can taste the love in her food. Get there early for cornbread it dose go quickly. All the side are on point the greens are mu fav. The meat its self holds its own but the hot BBQ sauce is one of my favorites but let this be your warning its is really really really hot it no joke. However it's got a really great flavor kinda sweet a bit smokey not to thin not over thick just right to soak up with the slices of bread that comes with the meal.  Love this place

Great home style barbecue.....
Family friendly staff members.....
I just LOVE Carmen.....
I live in Concord and my fiance lives here in Hayward.....
And everytime I'm down here at my fiance's house.....
We would always come to Carmen for GOOD home style barbecue.....
And we LOVE CARMEN.....
She has a Beautiful Heart.....

The owner is sooooo sweet!!!!  The meat is sooo tender… but VERY HIGH PRICES… But would I go back??  Ya.. But for a SPECIAL OCCASION… not ur average take out. You would be breaking the bank to be doing that
