Terrible service! Also when I came they were out of brisket for lunch. I had to ask multiple times for items and refills. I received dirty silverware. Everything was sticky; menu, table, sauce bottles. No one asked me how my food was. I saw similar service given to other diners. 

They were not too busy, but the servers were overwhelmed. The manager was no where to be found and I only saw her hiding in the back toward the end. The phone rang for 5 minutes strait and no one bothered to get it. 

Food was standard, but nothing special. See pictures. Manager really needs to be out front as the host and helping togo customers. And let the servers do their job.

Only person worth keeping is the busser and the bartender. Service has been terrible the last two times I been there. The place is managed terribly. The food was the only reason we came back.

I served and bartended before, the better service you give the more money you make.. Why would you be content with bad wages and bad tips?

I saw multiple tables get up and ask for their drinks at the bar while personally witnessing the servers on their phones in the back

We had a large party celebrating a birthday, and were seated right away. An hour later we received our food. The server was communicative of the challenge behind the counter (new cook, reduced cooking crew, many guests) and brought us complimentary snacks while waiting. Two of the dinners were comp'd. Food was good (especially after waiting so long) overall good experience, especially thanks to the server being so Conscientious.

Brisket dry stretchy rubbery. No bark. Mild taste. The salad ok. Over price for a chunk if meat that smoked maybe 4 hrs at best. Though it was aged. It been cooked for probably 2 days.

Great food!  Just call ahead and get a to-go order.... don't dine in, unless you're extremely patient!  It literally took nearly two hours from the time we sat down to the time we got to take our first bite of food!  I have a bad back, and by the time we were served, I was in excruciating pain from the horrible wooden-backed chairs.
