This place opened recently and they're still building up their customer base. It wasn't even showing up on Google the day of my first visit. As a result some of the wait staff have little to do and multiple servers will check on your table frequently. This can be both good and bad. I expect this to sort itself out as more people figure out it's here. Otherwise, food was great. Excellent selection. Tried both the Korean BBQ beef entree and the tempura udon soup. Both were good. Their shrimp tempura sushi roll has 2 shrimp tempura slices in it instead of 1 which makes it HUGE. It tasted good but I'm partial to sushi that fits in my mouth. I made a bit of a mess trying to shove each piece in my mouth. Highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future.

Great service and great food! It's a little more on the pricey side of sushi, but it's not too bad. I usually order for pickup, and the lady who works at the front desk is very sweet. She always offers me hot tea while I wait for my order. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Met the store owner while here. Place opened recently, he was open to criticism and likes feedback. The food was good in quality. I tried the udon, very full with meats. Also had a lion king roll, was cooked great. I'd definitely say to try it at least once and makeup your own mind. I will definitely eat here again though.

The serve is outstanding. The food is amazing. The price is a little high but the quality and freshness make up for it. It is a occasional treat.

Service here is outstanding. Solid, good quality Japanese food in Hayward. Great lunch spot!
