I have ordered flowers for my wife the last 3 years from Carmen's Flower Boutique and have always had a great experience. Their delivery service is fast and efficient while their flowers have always been fresh and last longer than most. I have yet to have a negative experience with them, and being a small business owner in Moore County, I appreciate their professionalism, quality and consistency. I am always more than willing to support local businesses.

Mother's Day arrangement looked beautiful .... for about two days, then most of the flowers and greens turned brown and wilted. Very poor quality and a waste of our kids money. My neighbor's arrangement from a different florist still looks great after 4 days.

My deployed husband tried to send me flowers for Valentine's Day and the delivery driver couldn't find me at work. I was unable to answer his call, but I tried calling his number as well as the shop for over an hour. She returned my call after I had left work, she offered to have them delivered first thing in the morning. I got them this afternoon and it is the most pitiful bouquet of roses I've seen. Edges of petals were wilted and starting to brown and there were gaps in the arrangement as though flowers had been pulled out. The card with the flowers had the delivery date of February 15, not the 14th when he'd asked them to be delivered. I'll be calling tomorrow to ask them to return his money.

My boyfriend sent 3 expensive arrangements from here. The first was beautiful. The second was mediocre. The third had dying roses....so glad he didn't see it! Also they called and ruined the surprise for me. If you want good flowers around this town, try Botanicals or Aldena Frye.
