I came in to purchase flowers for my mom's birthday. They had a beautiful arrangement prepared within a few hours for me to pick up. Excellent customer service and pricing. I was very much impressed, especially getting something so beautiful made so close to Christmas.

My mother ordered flowers for a memorial service (we live in the Raleigh area)--when we arrived at the funeral service the next day and saw the spray it had several flowers that had dropped (appearing not to be fresh, quality flowers). I called on behalf of my mother to see if they would at least make an adjustment to what they charged only to be told that wouldn't happen. This is a disgrace considering how much they charged for the arrangement.

Absolutely horrible.  If I could give 0 stars I would.  Met with Gary 6 weeks ago regarding flowers for a wedding, and were told we would have a price quote within a week.  Its been 5 weeks since we were supposed to have a price quote and have received nothing.  We have called, emailed, and texted multiple times and have never received a call back- not even to apologize for the delay or say they were still working on the price quote.  Would never recommend, horrible customer service and extreme lack of professionalism!

Poor customer service. Placed an order online through their website for a memorial service. A few days later they emailed me a cancelation stating they did not have those flowers. No call to recommend an alternative. Just a cancelation of my order. Either keep your website updated or provide better customer service. Made it very difficult to get flowers ordered. Went with another florist nearby.
