This K Mart (West Columbia, SC) has been my go-to store ever since it opened in, I believe 1967! It is ALWAYS clean and neat. The clerks and management are always helpful and friendly. I am constantly aware that it is neat with items where they belong! That's not something you see in most other large stores. I has limited floor space due to , I believe, merchandise sent there from other closed stores. Several Sears and K Marts have closed in the Columbia, SC area. I beg of you leave our K Mart alone! This one is what is RIGHT when a store is run correctly.

Awesome Kmart store!! The employees were very friendly and helpful. Prices are great and there's a nice selection of items to chose from. The store is clean and easy to get around. I found some really good deals on bedding for my grandma, $12 for sheet sets were a steal. I will defiantly recommend this store to my friends!

Great place to spend your money. Layaway is fantastic. It beats Walmarts layaway by thousands of percent. You can put any item on layaway except food and liquids. Clothes toys you name it.

This is the oldest Kmart still open in this area. I good place for quick shopping. Decent prices.

Store is a disaster! Hardly anything is priced and not one of the price checking scanners throughout the store worked. Prices are are 10-35% higher here than walmart, big lots, etc. There's a reason so many of these stores have closed as well as sears. This one can't be far behind. Absolutely atrocious, chaotic, discouraging. Drive a few miles up the road to Walmart or go across the street to Walgreens for a quick stop.
