I can't say enough about Ronee at Carolina Insurance Professionals. I was lost as I began to try to find bridge insurance for about 6 months. Ronee sent me quotes and took the time to explain the different options to me in a way that I could clearly understand it. She asked me questions and then advised me, but ultimately, she wanted me to choose what I thought was right for me based on the knowledge she provided. I would highly recommend Ronee and others!

I left an email inquiry through the website, Ronee reached out over email with a number to call, I called. She gave me detailed advice on the health insurance plans for my county. I felt like I was getting expert advice, quickly and professionally. After a quick 5 minute call I was advised to just stick with my current plan which was the cheapest.

Ronee went above and beyond to explain the complicated insurance environment to me. Gave very good advice and patiently explained how the alternatives would work for us. Highly recommend!

Although at first it seemed that we had found a good advocate for us in this terrible environment of so called health care, it became very obvious that this firm was just like many others - very unhelpful. After Ronee passed us off to Jayson, he started to realize that our situation might take up too much of his time and suggested that we had to call customer service at BCBS. For anyone that calls themselves an agent to tell someone to call Customer Service is code for "LEAVE ME ALONE. I can not make any money off of you." Do not waste your time with this agency, their 5 star rating must be from relatives and good friends. We have since found an agent who has taken the time to help and they have resolved our health care issues.
