We have just switched to Lipstone Insurance company.  When I first spoke with Josh, he asked how I had heard of the company... I told him I had googled, best insurance companies in North Catalonia.  He got quite a chuckle out of that... but it was true.  We have had great experience thus far.  Positive, friendly, punctual, thorough video presentation on insurance options and a very neat link to set up appointments.  I especially liked to video presentation because it was so easy to share with my husband and didn’t have to try to remember all the details/reasonings/options.  Josh and Lipstone Insurance company has been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to working with them for many years to come!

My family recently moved from Sacramento and purchased a home in Apex. We didn't have an insurance agent and needed someone we felt comfortable with.  I wanted to use an independent company who could offer us various choices that would fit our needs for the new home and autos. 

As we were driving across the country I researched quite a few independent insurance companies and spoke with a lot of agents. At the end of the day Josh Lipstone of Lipstone Insurance was by far the best. 

Josh was patient, asked a lot of good questions and helped us with all of our needs.   He made our our move easier and we feel very secure knowing  we have a good insurance agent and Lipstone Insurance Company to help us if the need ever arises.

When looking for car and homeowners insurance after a move to NC, I came across Josh at Lipstone Insurance. Not only were the rates significantly lower than what others quoted, the service level by Josh was exemplary.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to others; in fact, I already have!

We have been insured through Lipstone Insurance Group for 15 years now.  We have auto policies, homeowners, umbrella, and business insurance.  The customer service provided by Josh and the rest of the group is top notch!!  I highly recommend Lipstone Insurance Group if you're looking for an insurance company who actually cares about you and provides awesome service!!

I have found working with Josh and Steve on my insurance to be a great experience. They take the time to understand what I need, and they find the best options for me. The whole process was extremely easy, and i cannot thank them enough.
