I feel like the agents I have dealt with were very responsive to our needs. Questions are answered promptly, usually within 24 hours if posed electronically. I feel like agents make every effort to get us the best rates for our desired coverage. It has also been wonderful to be able to conduct insurance business either by email or a phone call without driving to an agent's office. We were able to initiate our original policy for home and auto, and make policy changes from the convenience of our home. Martin has been really great to us!

Before you get insurance with these people make sure you go and see other quotes. That's where I messed up. I was charged 60% more for full coverage on one vehicle than I have now. When asked why, I was told " I don't know". Customer service was sad. Has been almost a week since the issues have been coming up and I haven't received a single answer to any of my questions. I was robbed by this company. There is no reason someone should pay $150 a month for full coverage with no points on their license and a 10 year old vehicle. I don't even know what these people do if they can't answer the simple general insurance question of why I was paying so much. When I asked this company why I received a penalty for cancelling after I realized I was paying double what I needed too, I received a voicemail. That said " You can call me back if you want. But I can't do anything about it" that's the kind of customer service you will get. I PAID FOR TWO MONTHS OF COVERAGE AND A PENALTY, 75% OF MY CURRENT PLAN FOR 6 MONTHS. BEWARE.

Martin was very helpful and informative. He was able to analyze our information in a timely manner and suggest options from which we could choose. Ultimately, we found the exact policy that we needed and are considering adding other options for home, life, auto, etc.
