I called 10 different roofing companies and either no one  called me back or the estimates I got for replacing my roof were so high it was outrageous. Mike accepted what my insurance company was willing to pay and put my new roof on within 5 days of my call. He upgraded my shingles to architectural at no extra charge and provided a transferable 25 year warranty. Call Mike and he will take care of you.

Mike and Jeremy did a great job working through the roofing details with the insurance company after the March hail storm.  Initially are insurance company denied the claim ....  but months later the roof leaked.  Mike and Jeremy met with the Insurance field adjusters and reviewed with them the hail specific damage, convincing them the roof needed to be replaced.  
      Their crew was on time, professional, and didn't leave any sign after the roof had replaced that they were ever there !!!  Mike's painters came afterward and painted the damaged ceilings and things look great.  Great company to work with ....   Highly recommend them !

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Carolina Roof Consultants.  My husband and I purchased a 20 year old house with a clay tile roof last year.  The roof had been poorly maintained and had multiple leaks.   We had 4 different roofing companies evaluate the roof and all they could offer were inadequate patch jobs, which would inevitably leak again.  We were told that the only permanent solution would be to replace our expensive roof with an asphalt one.  Carolina Roof Consultants were different.  They knew exactly how to permanently fix the problem and they provided us with a 10 year warranty in order to stand behind their work. They even successfully found and closed the hole that was allowing a family of squirrels to live in our attic.  No other contractor was able to accomplish this!  The owner, Mike McCoy is extremely reputable and knowledgeable and stands behind his word!

After the Hail storm in my Neighborhood had a lot of companies knocking on my door BEGGING me for work.  Carolina Roof Consultants were the only ones that came to me with REAL facts and delivered on everything they said they were going to do.  Mike and Jeremy are super professional and knowledgeable!!  They also have great relationships in the community.  

Their top notch roofing crew were amazing!!  They are hard working and respectful of time and the inconvenience of having to have your roof done!!  It is hard now a days to find companies that you can trust, I can say that I have found one in Carolina Roof Consultants!!!!  Thanks guys the roof looks great and I could not be happier!!!!!!

High quality, responsive roof replacement!  Mike responded quickly to our concern about a leak and followed through quickly and efficiently, working with my insurance adjuster to facilitate a replacement. Actual crew doing the work was also friendly,  considerate and hard working and completed the job on schedule. Also cleaned up my property extremely well. A very pleasant experience for a naturally messy job!
