This place does not even deserve 1 star I give it because of two ladies that works there.who were nice. People that work at the desk seriously does not need to work with the public. We took our beloved dog to them today they charged us 800.00 and sent our dog home. She still can not walk, she will not eat or drink. So she will suffer tonight until I get her to our vet tomorrow. Shame on this group... I hope you never get to the point you can't walk, eat or drink.

Dr. Williams is fabulous - very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and was able to get quick answers and relief for my sick kitty.  He went from barely walking to a full sprint in 3 days!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  Be prepared to wait but that's the nature of an emergency vet.

Took our dog here b/c our normal vet was closed. I agree with what everyone is saying. They are more expensive than your typical vet and they SHOULD have a way for people to make payments of some kind. Animals are being euthanized here only b/c people can't afford the money to save their life! I understand they need paid...but there has got to be a better system. I know of vets who have payment plans. This should be no different. They wanted $7000 to save my dog and they couldn't even be sure the surgery was needed. I couldn't pay $7000!!!!  UP FRONT! After a discussion of possible euthanasia, we decided to stitch her up and bring her home and pray. I am so glad we did. She is still healing and hoping for no infection, but what they thought was wrong, evidently was incorrect or she would be dead by now!  Staff was nice. Doctor was nice. Place was nice. Its great to have an emergency place to go...but if it is something REALLY serious...be prepared to pay A LOT of $ or euthanize your animal. You are given no other choice.

Emergency veterinarian. Highly professional with many specialists. A little pricey but worth it for other than mundane animal problems. Very good diagnosticians.

The vet tech (Kelly) waz amazing. She did everything for us that she could. We are very appreciative of the attentive care we received. They did everything they could to make sure we stayed on budget they even gave us free samples of prescription food and she took the time to teach us how to administer Chewys medicine. I recommend them.
