Repetitive Emergency Room experience. Lack of empathy, immature non-professional behavior among non-medical staff due to poor employee selection, most likely Human Resources Department issue more than any other. Could be a top down attitude with lack of funding for appropriate salaries for first contact staff and should be addressed as this is the key to improve community attitude toward facility and could perhaps change the more than obvious patient desire to flee to Greenville or Durham.
