These employees are so lazy. We bomped the horn so they could come get a child. They look right at us and then continued about their day. We had to physically walk in there and tell them to come get him, just doesn't make since why you can't do your job when your paid to.

We have used them for over 6 months and have been very disassatisfied with their staff management. They have no backup system in place when a provider calls in sick. I even know they have staff available they just do not make the calls to find a fill-in replacement. kb
