Nurse had horrible bedside manner. Was rude to both me and my family. Would call and interrupt my mother's workday if I didn't answer immediately. She would be very rude to my mother on the phone , like if I was at a Drs appointment or something, to the point my mother would dread her calls. Would not schedule her visits the week in advance instead would wait until the last minute. She was never on time. She had Shakey hands and didn't know information about my type of central line. Thankfully I am switching care now that I'm back to my port. I know I'm not a typical elderly patient, but she expected me to act like one and always be home so she could just show up whenever. She would get upset that I had Dr appointments when she wanted to come. It was truly an awful experience and my worst home health experience.

I couldn't leave 0 stars.. .....  Guess elderly patients with dementia dont rate your services.
