I had a horrible experience at grace I never got to see a real doctor and they bruised my arm when they put in my IV and then it swelled and hurt so bad. I had to ask four times to have the IV took out I told them it was hurting and they didn't care and made me wait to get it out. They did tests and the physician assistant never came back and told me anything about my test results and the nurse came back in handed me a prescription and some papers and they never explained anything. I didn't want to give them even one star I still don't know what is wrong with me and I got no help. You might as well say Morganton doesn't have a hospital. I will never go back and I hate that I will be stuck paying for this horrible experience.

I just moved to morganton a month ago. The staff at the grace hospital were absolutely amazing. Yes, i was in the waiting room for close to 3 or 4 hours, but that is to be expected when you walk yourself into a hospital. Earlier that day i was verbally assaulted by an urgent care physician at psalms, so i went to Grace instead. Not only did i recieve respect from the whole staff. The doctor gailen made sure i got the medications i needed to get back on my feet while my nurse made sure i had as comfortable a visit as possible when you cant stop throwing up. Total trip was about 8 hrs from check in to check out and it was worth the wait. 2 days later im feeling immensly improved. Thank you to the whole staff!

All I am going to say is; if I'm in a severe medical emergency and its life treating, please please for the love of God please dont take me to Grace
