Billing is terrible. They offered us a discounted price if we paid prior to to surgery which we did. I received a bill after surgery for the discounted amount. Billing said it was their error and it would be fixed. Today I get a call from a collection company and I never received ANY warning about it. I would NOT recommend and if I could I would give them ZERO stars.

I am very unhappy with this place. My client that I do in home care with was here last week for the same issue and she is here again for the same issue but they can't figure out what's going on, which isn't what made me exactly this unhappy. What made me unhappy is I pushed the nurse button and the nurse came in and I told her she needed her diaper changed, she walked out, so a half hour later I called again and told them again, they said someone will be right here. We had to call two more times for them to finally change her after we told them for an HOUR she needed to be changed and it's bothering her butt. The nurse finally got in here and told me that I can change her because she can't come every time she needs her diaper changed. She has been up in her room for about 5 hours or so and she has only called them once. Do not tell me that you can't come to your job when she needs you to. I don't mind helping her as if I do in her home but this is rediculus. And last week they did not give her some of the medications she was supposed to get. This place really lacks in doing their jobs and actually caring and doing their job right.

Bad or good, I think these reviews should also be shared with the institutions web page and FB pages. Some of these reviews sound like negligence that need to be investigated. Please go the extra step for yourself & your loved ones, so hospital can be held responsible. The right people need to know these types of things.

This is an okay Hospital. My daughter was recently treated for the flu. During the course of our visit we had some Warriors and Very Kind hearted people help heal my daughter back to health. Dr. Ryan Hines is Amazing, and I appreciate him seeing what I see. Debbie in the ER gets a Shoutout because she is an Absolute Sweetheart and she fought for me and helped me with my 8 month old daughter while I tried to get a minute of rest. An RN named Amy on first shift needs to change her Attitude. She does try, but she has a negative outlook, and I feel it takes Positivity to make it in the ER Department. One other Doctor on third shift might consider a new Profession. She was rude, inconsiderate, and totally unconcerned with her Patients. I’m not sure what her name is, but I will find out and let everyone know so that you can steer clear of this Dangerous Doctor. There were so many people in the Department and I was exhausted so I can’t remember the names, but I can tell you that there is Good and Bad in this ER. Some of the Professionals running things need to stop Assuming and Judging. They should Start connecting, treating, and helping heal Patients.  They need to remember to Save Lives and Not Damage Souls. I will keep this Hospital in my thoughts. I hope some Changes can be made soon so that Medical Neglect doesn’t become a theme for this Hospital.

STAY FAR AWAY. Extremely terrible and unprofessional. Don't expect to receive top service during late nights. Employees just lounge around inconsideratly, even when patient is deceased. Doctors should have the passion to do their job and save lives. This place has none of those aspects. Wish I can give negative stars. Avoid at all cost.
