If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. While there, I'm not sure if I had signed a document agreeing to not disclose reviews or what not, so I will just be non specific.. I just don't want any other parent feeling how I did. I was left feeling as if I was over dramatic. & in this case I was not, BECAUSE instead of a cold, which the doctor had diagnosed, my daughter had pneumonia. Although I know that their practice does not have all the required equipment for testing, I just feel as if there was more that could've been done. If I had not taken my daughter to the ER the next day, Lord knows what could've happened. I did come around closing, but that does not justify the way we were treated.

Absurdly slow. If you don’t mind seeing an LPN, you’ll have much better luck at a CVS or Walgreens MinuteClinic. Otherwise, plan on being here most of your morning or afternoon. Reserved my place in-line though their website and it took 2 hours just to see the doctor. Didn’t complete appointment until an hour later.

Staff was pleasant but the wait was a bit long but not bad. Doctor i saw was attentive and communicated well leaving me with no questions or concerns.

All of the staff at Blackstock Rd location was awesome!!!!! Everybody was very nice and went out of their way to make my experience a great one. From the front desk to Doctors was phenomemal!! I'm coming back to get a check up, and some blood work done. And its because of the staff!!! Thx a million Doctors Care!!!!

Went ahead and registered online at 4:30 and told me my appointment would be at 6:15. Got here at 6 and went straight back to the room..... however, with only one other person in the waiting room I am some how still waiting for the doctor to come in my room and it is now 6:48pm.... how? I do not know, but it truly is annoying. Giving it an extra star ONLY for the nice lady up front that you see when you first walk in!
