I've experienced nothing but horrible service while parking my car in this lot. Not only are the employees inexcusably rude, but are also extremely hard to work with when it comes to renewing my monthly parking pass. I highly recommend stationing your vehicle at the public structure right across the street.

Had an absolutely horrible experience with monthly parking here. Not only had my car been towed to other spaces in the lot without my knowledge, my girlfriend (also a paying customer) and I were harassed by one of the employees extensively. I was then told I could not park my car for more than 24 hours and that it would be towed, this happened way after I had paid and had been paying for multiple months. Would not park here and would not recommend it to anyone. There is parking right across the street that is much cheaper monthly and much better service. At least one of the attendants there is both a liar (claiming he was the boss when I'd asked to speak to management). His boss then told me (after finally being contacted) that while there was nowhere in the contract that stated the no 24-hour parking rule that he "didn't care" and would "tow it (my car) anyway". Plainly: This location is staffed by scammers, liars, and harassing disrespectful crooks

Parking attendant attempted to scam us and not give us change. They do not take credit cards, and make sure you ask for your change.

I gave it 5 stars , the best service ever in hollywood like a parking lot !
