Not a bad parking lot. Smells like piss when walking out the side door.

The staircase on Vine smells terribly of human urine, way more than anywhere else on Hollywood Blvd and that is saying a lot. In the last few months, shady activity here has spiked. I must have forgotten to lock my car one day and it was broken into and things were taken, it would have been in broad daylight. (And I always lock my car, so people are coming through often and trying to open car doors.) Security is limited. Lots of people doing drugs and sleeping in the corners. The elevator has been broken for over a month, and after speaking with someone, it will not be fixed anytime soon. So you are forced to walk through the urine soaked stairwell while side stepping people  on drugs.  This structure is owned by the city, so getting anything done about the situation likely will not happen. I definitely do not feel safe parking here. It has become a crime hot spot. I will say that the regular staff working here is very polite, no complaints on that.

This is a beautiful parking structure, that's extremely cheap in comparison with other places to park in Hollywood. The staff is friendly and I've never had a bad experience here.

Cheapest around (public lot!) . Well lit. Sure it smells like urine but you're in Hollywood...
