We dreaded the thought of replacing carpet in 5 rooms, nevertheless it had to be done. My husband selected Carpet One and we had a very good experience with our sales rep, Windy. Either Windy or Rubin contacted us periodically to help us set up a date. I confess to losing sleep the night before. Henley and Ramon came to install the carpeting...and we don't believe that a better team exists. They were very professional, worked hard and paid attention to detail. Most importantly, they understood and respected our wishes and opinions. A good example of that came when the 2-day estimation for completion fell a day behind. That day fell on my birthday and I asked if they could come back after that. They worked their schedule around to accommodate me and when they returned for their final day of work they finished up early. These are two men that your company can't afford to lose.

Awesome service and quickly had our carpet installed (2 days process from choosing and installing). We happened to choose one that they had in stock, but this was the week before. Christmas and Wendy made it happen. We would highly recommend Carpet one for your flooring needs.

Carpet One was terrific. We replaced carpet in several rooms as well as putting Saltillo tile in a few rooms and stairs. Kelly was very helpful from start to finish. She even loaned us her own doggie gate to keep our dogs out of the work area. The installers have been with Carpet One for many years.We could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this company!

Windy is great! Following a death in our home Windy Baker put our house back together, helped with insurance company and install new matching carpet within 48 hours!
