I must first say that I have been to and bought mattresses from more than one store in my many years. But they ALL wore out within months of sleeping on them. I decided to go to Mattress Firm and there was one near my home I was pleasantly greeted by a friendly Lady named Heather. I wasn't sure if I would buy a mattress yet as I was still shopping around. But after NOT BEING PUSHED HARD buy her and just feeling very pleased by her honest Calm and Very professional manner and her spending time helping me, showing me different beds and learniing so many things about them that I never knew. I felt confident that I would be very comfortable and happy with the bed I finally decided on. I cannot tell you how very happy I am and how VERY PEACEFUL AND COMFY MY Mattress is! P.S. Finally I was able to sleep ALL NIGHT and waken with NO BACK PAIN! Thank you so very much Heather, you have helped More than you know.

Went into this location and the "manager" there was asleep. I tried making noise to wake them up and they would not stir, really speaks to the quality of the beds, although not to the quality of their staffing choices. I called another location to notify them of the issue and they gave me a corporate number to speak to. I drove down the the store located just down the road and informed the staff there. The staff there brushed it off and immediately tried to sell me a bed without even calling the other store to check on the staff member. I will not be doing business with Mattress Firm, I went to Sam Levitz, they took care of me and helped me out with the bed I wanted at a better price.
