Builder did not honor agreed upon commission that was in writing. Refused to return my phone calls. We work in the same field together as they have a real estate division. Very disappointing, because I brought them many clients.

Getting ready for the Hurricane and this is RIGHT next to our house! I called your office today and Erica says she would have someone come secure this dumpster and pile of trash. It is still not done. There is a huge piece of wire fence in the yard, pipes, rocks and trash everywhere! Your office should have planned to secure this especially after my phone call! This is another worry we do not need. Your job site debris hitting our house. Boards with nails in it, cement rocks and trash from your workers! This is very irresponsible of your company!

My house has had roof leaks from the day it was new. Once fixed by Executive Homes (the repair looks horrible where the sheet rock was repaired) and then 2 more appeared and the builder denied responsibility. After I paid an independent roofer to repair those leaks (successfully) only to find a new one yesterday. I certainly could never endorse Executive/Damar Homes.
