It was my first time coming to this clinic, and it happened to be under very grim and stressful circumstances. From the receptionist on the phone to Dr. O herself, they not only showed us so much kindness and understanding. They made a difficult decision and time as easy as one could. I will definitely be considering swapping to this vet if we get another pet in future.

I did not see the Vet however the staff is rude. I had called over the phone explaining my dogs EMERGENCY and they said to bring him in. Brought him in and stood in front of the counter for 20 minutes where no one helped me until I bent down to clean the blood off the floor Then I was told he could not be seen because he would need surgery and they were booked out till May. The front receptionist got a attitude and was very rude. I will not be taking ANY of my animals to this facility because of the staff attitude.

Staff is friendly and warm. Vet on site that is knowledgeable about the more exotic pets. Everyone seems to care a good deal about all their patients.

Highly trained vets, compassionate, very helpful. Dr. Champagne saved my dog's life when he crashed with Addison's Disease. This group of professionals and staff seem to work together like a well oiled machine. I never feel rushed, all my questions are answered. CWPH is my answer to all pet questions and treatment needs.

Dr. Champagne and staff are amazing! Over the years we've had the normal cats and dogs which are easy to find care for. The snakes, lizards and other exotics have been a bit more challenging but Dr. Champagne has never let us down.

From routine check ups to end of life care they have always taken great care of our furry and scaly kids. We're sad to be leaving the state as I have complete trust in the hospital and staff and it isn't always easy to find a place like this.

You and your animals will be in good hands here!
