These people are the kindest and most compassionate of all. We had to take our little Pomeranian in this morning and had to put her to sleep because her heart was failing. This is not the first baby of ours that we have had to take to them and they are all wonderful. My heart is broken but my faith in North Texas Emergency Clinic is solid. Thank you so much!!

I took my cat, Ely here in the summer of 2017 as my cat’s face was swollen up and was not eating. This place ran unnecessary tests and I was told it was something that was not even close to being accurate. They told me to get a CT scan and gave me a referral. I was charged 700.00 dollars for stuff that wouldn’t cost 150 dollars at the vet. They also didn’t want to give my cat a cortico steroid. I went to our vet Dr Carl Binford and he not only gave my cat that steroid shot he said the shot worked within hours and my cat was back to normal. He said there definitely was no need for any other “tests”. I am not nearly as smart when it comes to animal medicine as the vets at this emergency hospital but I AM smart enough to see how this operation and perhaps other emergency animal hospital operations work. My cat is completely fine and guys we’re way off. This is just based on my one experience here.

I would not suggest taking your animal here. First they told us our dog probably had a spinal infection and he was going to be paralyzed. Then they said he may have gotten attacked. Turns out it was none of the above. They over charged us. maybe it's just me but I wouldn't tell someone their dog was going to be paralyzed unless I knew the diagnosis for sure.

Very kind hearted and knowledgeable. Had a quick but terrible diagnosis for our sweet dog and they were very patient and understanding with me. I really appreciated how they handled everything and got us over to a surgery center as soon as they could. Dr. Kells was wonderful! Hopefully you won't need ER after care for your pet, but if you do, definitely go here.
