My cat was treated with much kindness and compassion. I also like the fact that their vaccines are specifically for cats according to weight, and they don't give more than one vaccine at once if the cat is like mine and gets sick after being immunized. We're going to book a window suite this summer for boarding when I go out of town for a few days. It's a bit expensive but it appears to be nice accommodations.

Wow! So I took my 2 cats to be seen here. During my visit with both of them they sold me an 8 month supply of revolution. They literally told me "this will last you 8 months". When I get home there are 8 applicators. I called to see if I was supposed to split it or how I was supposed to use it and they said "it's an 8 month supply. You can use it how you want but 1 applicator is 1 dose. So if you're using it for both cats it's a 4 month supply." The office manager was extremely rude with snide comments. When I asked to speak with someone higher after she refused to see this is bad business she said I could speak to the owner but she was busy in surgery right now. She also said the owner "isn't as kind as she is".. really? you're interrupting me and making rude unprofessional comments. Then I said that's fine if you could just have her contact me. She said "Yes I'll tell the owner you're upset because you purchased an 8 month supply and you got an 8 month supply and need to be contacted" then she hung the phone up. The owner is supposed to make an appointment with me tomorrow. Luckily this whole conversation was recorded. I will update after speaking with the owner. 
Update: the owner never even contacted me. I decided it's just not worth getting upset over anymore. I would advise you stay away from here though. My cats didn't even like them. And one of them loved our other vet.

The staff and veteranarians here are the kindest and most compassionate group of individuals I have ever encountered. I brought my cat here many times, and the level of care he received, and the promptness of that care is unmatched by any vet that I have ever taken any of my animals to. Not to mention they are so willing to work with you on price, and let you know up front what things can wait and what can't. I will always be grateful to this office for making the hardest moment of my, and my husband's life so much more bearable. When we found out our cat had cancer they took every step and measure to make the last few months of his life as easy as possible, and when the time came to put him to sleep, they were very caring and understanding with us and our beloved cat. I cannot give this place a higher rating than 5 stars, but if I could I would make it 10.

They are wonderful!!! Very kind & patient even with a very recalitrant feline. 
Our cat HATES to have her nails trimmed & has to be sedated. I've never heard such unhappy, pissed off feline noises! She's so sweet & laid back st home. They handled her with much patience laced with a healthy amount of caution.
This is also where we board our cat when we go on vacations. They have some actual rooms that they stay in & thr front one has a large window for viewing. They don't just stay cramped in a cage.

I found this vet a few months ago, completely by accident.  I had no idea a cat-only vet existed.  My two boys are completely at ease when we arrive for appointments; and when the vet and the techs walk in, it's amazing how calm the kitties are.  And the employees are all very kind.  The diagnoses seem to be correct, my kitties are thriving.  And I've always been provided an estimated cost for service prior to treatment.  If your kitties tense up and hiss and growl at a regular vet, please bring them to this vet.  I was amazed at the difference in the kitty demeanor!
