Service was mediocre as it seemed the attendant was either new or unskilled but she was friendly and attentive. I wish I could take better advantage is sales and promotions as they don't seem to be at the main site, it's listed that you must call and ask which I don't appreciate. My bath was wonderful though and the price during the promo was more than reasonable.

King Luxury Suite with private hot tub. Do yourself a favor and spend the money. I couldn't be happier with the room, as well as the property. Was so enjoyably better than I expected.

We stayed here for two nights for our one year wedding anniversary. The first day we got there a pipe burst and we had no running water most of the night and into the next morning, we had to use a bathroom in the main lobby. That sucked, but the next day we spent in the bath water, towel wrap, and got a full body message then we soaked in the mineral pool. It was absolutely fantastic I've never been so relaxed in my life. We are deffinetly going again in the future. The pipe bursting sucks but it happens occasionally and they gave us a slight discount. Deffinetly check it out.

Friendly staff checked us in, great king room with hot tub on balcony looking out at giant fir trees and the Wind River hush below. We had a nice prime rib dinner on the deck at the lodge looking out onto the golf course and sunset. Evening soak under the stars, morning soak with a cup of coffee. It was a lovely anniversary celebration.

Tucked away in a shadowy valley, this hotel and spa has some very rustic charm, but would be even more charming if it had some serious updates. Love the old bathhouse with the hot springs water-made my hair super shiny! However, it costs to use, and while the public pool uses hot springs water as well, it also uses chlorine- my hair didn't love it as much. No guest guide in my room, no internet, no cable (I think... Couldn't find the remote and I wasn't going to stand there pressing buttons). So yeah. Take that as you will.
