Ehhhh... this place is just okay.  The hair cut wasn't that bad. Overall I would give them a 2.5 star but that's not available. I probable won't be going back. Friendly staff and clean work area, just not that good of haircut. Luckily my hair grows fast. Reason for low rating is mostly haircut and the nice lady cutting my hair seemed rushed. When I had her fix a area she did and finished the experience up with...."Looks like our time is up today." I was thinking why would our time be up if the haircut isn't finished.  That's weird... The lady at the front desk did say haircut is guaranteed for 2 weeks so come back if something seems to be off. That was nice and no reason to go back if my haircut is timed and not done right the first time.

Wonderful salon! I come to see Nicki here, but everyone is amazing and incredibly nice! They have a fantastic selection of products and their pricing is very reasonable.  I live in Vancouver and I came to them after going a couple times to a salon down in Portland that was SUPER expensive and fried my hair (I'm bleaching because I like changing up my colors), but my hair is fine and blonde to begin with and doesn't need to be super bleached to achieve very light results.  Nicki has done an incredible job at lightening my hair while not over doing it!  So happy I found this place and have been a happy customer my last 4 hair appointments and plan to continue returning! I definitely recommend them and just did the other day to someone else in fact!

I came here cause of a bad experience at another salon. My hair was literally falling out. The lady who cut my hair is named Megan. She's amazing. She gave me multiple treatments extremely discounted cause she felt so bad for me with what happened at the other salon. Sadly my hair is a pixie cut but she did a good job. I'll be going to her every 3 months getting the rest of the damage off

Went to Utopia for the first time today.  Had a mani-pedi and loved it!  Before I left they showed me how to use a product that works really well with my curly hair.  Everyone there was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love Utopia. Nicki is a spectacular stylist and everyone else I've worked with or spoken to is exceptionally nice. Fantastic customer service, high quality work, professional products, and a great atmosphere. I refer people here regularly and feel very good about it. You won't be disappointed!
