I had a clerk carry on a cellphone conversation while I was checking out. While I was writing a check the cashier left to go hang out with other employees gathered a few isles over , I had to wait a long time for him to come back. I stood in line while a cashier and her partner got into a fight over another woman. Another time , two employees were making out in the frozen food isle !! Ugh! I'm not sure if a manager is on site or not, it's awful.

Called store for something very simple just to double check if they had a certain toner and was hung up on 2 different times before getting through to customer service where I sat on hold for 25 min. before being hung up on again. When your only function as a store is to deal with the general public because your ARE A RETAIL STORE!!!...How is it possible to fail this bad at it. How to you hire people that could care that little about their job? But most importantly how is there NO ACCOUNTABILITY for such behavior? One word UNREAL!

Absolutely ridiculous. My wife and I stood at the jewelry counter for 45 minuets waiting for someone to come and help us. After 3 calls over the intercom for assistance at jewelry still no one came. BUT several employees over the course of the 45 minuets just stood around laughing and talking until they saw me taking pictures of them! 3 of these people are customer service managers! I work for Walmart and believe me corporate will hear about this...
